I think I actually helped someone by giving them advice

My friend was like venting to me right, and so I just kind of gave advice from the heart and idk I guess it worked?? I'm kinda suprised honestly lol bc i'm usually really bad at advice, but i asked and they said they were glad to have someone to talk to about it
